The place was just lovely: the rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, the parking was safe. Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. I felt like a princess in this beautiful grand hacienda during my weekend stay. My room was huge and tastefully designed with light wood furniture and pretty carpets, high ceilings, and a large bathroom which felt very pampering after a day of wandering about in the heat in Puebla. The food at the hotel was excellent and the staff super friendly, helping me with my suitcase and arranging taxis.

I Liked the Staff, the temperature of the pool and how clean the room was , I would like they left more towels in our room and more products as Soap it was not enough as I was traveling with my husband and son , and maybe if the duvet could be less cold it would be fantastic
