You get a small discount for being a guest. Unfortunately the pool was being fixed. However, the hotel granted us a day pass to other hotel so that my nephew could enjoy a pool. They were very kind and helpful. There is parking inside the installations and the area is very safe. The stay was perfect.

Great beds. Excellent daily cleaning. Wonderful breakfast. The room had a coffee percolator and provided coffee in specially prepared sachets. I had a really great view to which I woke up each morning. The hotel is well located near a busy square which was full of life in the evenings and a further 7 mins down the road, the main cathedral and town centre. A big supermarket was also close by. I walked everywhere except for when I made tripe to the zoo and botanical gardens.

They were extremely welcoming when we arrived. Most importantly, they made sure I got my tablet back when I realised that I'd left it at the last place we stayed (at 9.30pm when I was getting a shuttle at 6am to Guatamela the next day ☹️). Can't recommend them enough. Tastefully decorated, great location, clean and great value. Also the first place we've stayed in that advertises it does not tolerate discrimination of any kind and is LGBT-friendly. Wish more places did this!
