Otrā Elpa is located in the centre of Valka. Guests are welcome to use free Wi-Fi in all areas of this property. Decorated in light colours, all rooms here will provide you with cable TV and a table. Perfect location and a room with a nice balcony, host was super helpful and spoke english :)

Ok so the Location is great if you have a car or bike, it a bit out of town, but it is next to a beautiful lake, So I would say it either the best location or the worst depending on you. I do not mind walking so for me it was fine. Host was very interesting and knowledgeable person.

This is so far the best value for money place I have stayed in my travel experience. You basically get a floor from the house all for yourself. Everything is very cosy and you feel like you are staying at your weekend villa - it just feels like home.

The place was very beatiful, well decorated, clean, cozy. We felt like we are at home. The instructions were clear and had no problem at all. The place was so warm, also directly in the city center, could park in front of the place, had no problem with that either.

Everything was great, the place is nice and the host was also very good. Reccommended for your stay there. The apartment was rustic and elegant. Facilities were good and is perfect for extended stay if wanted.

The interior was beautiful and the host was accommodating and always answered quickly. The location is greate as the shops and cafes are all in a short walking distance.
