All the rooms had a really nice view, and the pool on the top of the building was amazing! They make excelent cocktails. Next to the pool there is a steam room, oh so realxing after a swim. Staff are really professional and were really nice to us. Breakfast was also delicious.

Don’t get me started on the staffs, they’re all such sweet and kind human beings. I, a minor, went on this trip alone and yet felt so safe cause the staffs took care of me very well during my lovely stay!

Lovely little hotel, super atmosphere, friendly and welcoming. We arrived very early morning off an overnight bus, Arthur and his team welcomed us, got us breakfast and prioritised sorting out our room, so nice. Always ready to help with bookings, be they travel, events or attractions. Cannot praise Arthur and his team enough. Lovely breakfast, simple and fresh cooked. Close to the main tourist centre, Pub street 10 minutes walk maximum, yet so tranquil and peaceful. The pool is so good after a day walking the temples. Beer prices at the bar are reasonable too. Would recommend anyone to stay at this little gem.

A szálloda étterme szenzációs ízeket kínál. Amikor a program engedte mindig ott étkeztünk, ebéd, vacsora, szerintem nem sok szakács lehet jobb Siem Reap-ban. Everything was above our expectations. Concierge Ratanek (Andy) was soooo helpful in every aspect of our stay from our arrival through to our departure. Room was very nice and tastefully decorated. Entire hotel was spotless. Pool was very nice and the breakfast was excellent with many western and Cambodian food choices. Complimentary ride to the airport at our departure capped off a perfect stay.

All the staff were incredible and the decor was as fabulous as only Bill Bensley can do! Special shout out to the National Tour Guide Sam that the hotel assigned for us for an entire day tour of the temples in Siem Reap, and our driver Rith, who drove us around with a lot of patience. Sam's abundant knowledge and love of his country and its history was so amazing, that we will definitely be back in Siem Reap. Other hotel staff were always on hand to ask us about our day, to get us everything we needed. We learnt about their trainee programs for new staff. Breakfast was great too. Overall a fantastic hotel!

Everything! The hotel is very well maintained, beautiful! After sunsets, with the candle lights, the place has a delightful charm. The rooms are big, cosy, and a great balcony. The pool is awesome. And the staff are incredibly helpful.
