I called from the bus station at 6:00 in the morning, asked for a pickup and after 20 minutes I was picked up by an 4WD car. I got my room at 7:00 AM in without extra charge. Delicious breakfasts, amazing view from the restaurant and pool. Nature, peace, rest, a tropical garden and a manager who helped me with planning local trips. I highly recommend. His family are some of the most welcoming and caring people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Pow went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing an amazing jungle trek for us that was full of adventure. The house itself is different from what you'd expect - but in a good way - with breathtaking views all around it. Although it's not located right in the center, renting a motorbike or getting one of Pow's lifts will get you there quickly enough! We highly recommend staying at this lovely homestay if given the chance; both Pow and his family are always happy to help out however they can. It really made our trip so much more enjoyable knowing we were being taken care off by such kind-hearted people!

He can connect you with any adventures you like and make sure that you will be dealing with the best, most honest people for your activities. His wife is a great cook.

Bee Bee's Chalets home stay and trekking, Banlung'da Yeak Laom Gölü'ne 4,5 km, Ka Chanh Şelalesi'ne 6,6 km ve Cha Ong Şelalesi'ne 10 km uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. Bee Bees Chalet is a true homestay where the family live in the same wooden chalets as the guests. The 3 children are adorable as are the parents. The oldest son - BeeBee speaks fluent English as does Nita, the mother. The evening meals were excellent. This was our first stop in Cambodia so we were a bit taken a back by the cold showers and no air con but it was absolutely fine. They organise all sorts of trips. We did the boat trip which was good fun especially as BeeBee joined us. We learnt so much about Cambodia from this lovely family.

First I want to review the people who are running this place, Ney and Vuti. They are just amazing, here the word "homestay" takes on its full meaning. They take care of you like you were part of their family, and you meet the family, mother, kids, nieces etc... the atmosphere is lovely, and with my experience of traveling in South East Asia there are not many places where you feel so welcomed 😍 Thank you so much for these moments of joy! Secondly I want to talk about the trek in the jungle, I've done the 3 days 2 nights. What an amazing experience!!! Smey, our guide, was the most knowledgeable person! He is passionate about his job, he knows so many things about nature, life in the jungle, history of Cambodia and much much more. He was never tired and always happy to share all his knowledge with us. I can only fully recommend this amazing human being for your next adventure in the jungle😍 Thank you, thank you, thank yoooooooouuuu!!!

Banlung'da yer alan Ratanakiri Lakeside Homestay & Tours, Katieng Şelalesi'ne 12 km, 7 Steps Şelalesi'ne ise 25 km uzaklıktadır. Very clean, basic room but comfortable bed and fan. The host, Nop, is absolutely fantastic. He helped with everything, from sorting a jungle trek, to accompanying me to the best breakfast restaurant in Banlung, taking me to the stunning waterfalls and lake outside the town and even helping fix a puncture and sorting a car mechanic. 10/10 for hosting.

A hostel with more natural space than the average. Backpacker’s hostel has multiple options for accommodation such as private rooms, family rooms and soon to have camping tents. This hostel is a nice mix between camping yet with access to restrooms, a restaurant, bar and assistance with jungle trekking or transportation services. A very relaxed and friendly environment ran by a lovely family who takes care of their community as well as their guests. Definitely recommend.
