Filtered water available so I didn't have to purchase bottled water. Room was cleaned when requested as I informed host I did not need my room cleaned daily. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Host arranged transport to Kep for me. He also booked an appointment with his dentist and helped with finding a pharmacy so I could purchase medication. He arranged several tuk tuk rides for me. It was only approx $3 RT for short rides to go into town for the night market and meals - it was too hot for me to walk that far. Gin & Tonics there were only $2!

They even organized our private transportation and tours at a lower price than with the usual big tour companies. Very good free breakfast made to order. The pool is very clean and so nice after a day of touring.

El trato del personal una maravilla, sobre todo el de Denise, que nos facilitó mucho los transportes y las excursiones. Además, mencionar su desayuno, que es una maravilla tanto por la cantidad de opciones que ofrecen como por la calidad, igual que la cocina en general, que fue sin duda de lo mejor que probamos en todo el viaje.

Its lush internal gardens and pool, surrounded by art deco design makes for a beautifully tranquil and cool environment. Our bedroom was huge with a fabulous bathroom and gorgeous balcony. We also had views down into the pool area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, with lots of local tips. The bonus here was Gin Club! Discounted gin whilst relaxing by the poolside. Everything was excellent.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it is easy to see that the owner has put a lot of pride into remodeling this older building. It is clean, quiet, safe, in a very convenient location, and the staff will welcome you with open arms. They are there to do whatever they can to make your visit enjoyable, whether it is making arrangements with a tuk tuk driver, offering suggestions for local attractions, or assisting you with any of your travel needs. Plus, they actually remember your name! The hotel offers a lovely breakfast each morning, which is always a bonus to me. Definitely feel comfortable in your decision to book a room here. You won’t be disappointed.
