Sono stata una notte per riprendermi dal jet lag. C'è un transfer che ti porta direttamente in hotel dall'aeroporto e viceversa. Più che consigliato questo hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. It has lots of facilities like a money exchange, a cold store and restaurants. The design looks like an empire that follows much the design of Disneyland. It felt we are a part of a fairy tale. They offer free shuttle services to Maihama station (Disney Land) and to Bayside station (Disney Sea). The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and has loads of options for vegetarians. The view from the balcony was amazing (sea view). They had a small corner and representatives for the company that ships bags to different hotels within Japan. It was our first time to use such a service and they were very helpful.

They had a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland as well. Loved the roof-top bar and the view the hotel had as well. We were pleasantly surprised by just how lovely this hotel was, and we definitely want to stay again next time we visit.

Tutto. Gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, navetta gratuita da e per l'aeroporto, stanze ampie e con tutti i confort. Per essere un albergo in cui si soggiorna per una notte, ha superato le mie aspettative. Non posso valutare la colazione poiché non ne ho usufruito (ho fatto il checkout molto presto al mattino).

All of the staff were very professional and helpful. Fast communication via booking .com message system. Location was perfect for transportation and shopping. Everything you need is within a walking distance. It will be even better when the direct shuttle to and from Narita Airport resume with more trips (they only make a few trip per day). A lot of outdoor eating places near the hotel to choose from if your prefer (even the food court at the station mall has a large outdoor eating area). Hotel room, lobby, elevator, public restroom etc. were all super clean and secure. I will definitely stay here again!

It's location is great. The train station is just 3 minutes walk to the hotel.Moreover, if it's a rainy day the walk path is roofed. Garden full of cherry blossom, malls and supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk. You can get all you want. Will come back to stay again.
