Staying at Antico Borgo Brunelli was our choice, while many hotels near Marostica were fully booked. We didn't check the location and didn't expect the 25 minutes ride uphills. No problem at all! Sandro guided us downhill, showed us a perfect parking space and the restaurant where we had made a reservation. Fantastic surroundings, cosy calm and silent village, clean room in recent renovated building, great parking facilities and a generous very yummy breakfast, with all ingredients locally produced. Cecilia and Sandro are the most caring and amiable hosts imaginable. They really made us feel as VIP guests and I promise they will treat you the same way.

We chose it as a "base" to visit the nearby attractions and we was very satisfied with it - it's a pity we could not spend more time inside the hotel, it would have worth it. Our room was spacious, stylish, well equipped and had a very nice view to the Italian countryside. Breakfast is Italian, that means much more sweet food than we use to eat, but it was okay for us, we always found enough to eat. The staff was super nice and helpful, we are very grateful for them. Extra thanks to Emanuela (if I write right her name) for her kindness to my little daughter. :) There is a good pizzeria just outside the villa, only a few minutes walk - and they speak English. We recommend this hotel if you would like to visit Vicenza, Verona, Padova and even Venezia and the Lake of Garda (also Gardaland).
