The Walther Hotel is much better than its category, which is why we choose it for the second time. In the superior double room is the bed is huge and very comfortable, the bed linen is so soft and excellent quality, like in a five-star hotel. The bathroom is spacious and brilliant with the white mosaic tiles, and equipped with Simplehuman sensor magnifying mirror. The breakfast is first class.

We had half-board, and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Absolutely great food. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. We were travelling with an 3-year old child, and nothing was missing for him. There is a small playground in the yard, and a playroom in the hotel. We even got a free room upgrade. Spa centre is really nice, and there is a family pool on the rooftop. The village centre and cable car to the ski resort are close, maybe 200 m away. Absoulte recommendation, we will come back for sure.

Located along the A22 Autostrada del Brennero motorway, Hotel Sachsenklemme is 3 km north of Franzensfeste. This is a very cozy and modern hotel. Next to it there is a restaurant and a brewery with very tasty beer. Breakfast was excellent. I was very pleased to see the plant milk pudding option. The selection of products and dishes is very good and reflects my idea of healthy eating. Sound insulation in the hotel is excellent, we did not hear any noise from the street or from the neighbors. The beds are comfortable and modern, I slept very well. Next trip I hope to stay at this hotel. It was 10/10 as a stopover along the way
