A lovely room just out of town so you can park your car for free and walk for a few minutes to be in the main centre. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside between Siena and Florence, this 4-star hotel offers high-quality service on 20 acres of rich parkland, just outside of Monteriggioni. What i loved was the hospitality of the place, they were so so warm and welcoming to all guests. We had almost three people who greeted us when we arrived and every day the staff would check up on us and our stay. The breakfast was very good, a lovely lavish buffet every morning. The staff was so amazing that even after the breakfast time was over, they would offer to serve us and re-assure us that we could eat whatever there was served that morning. A few of our guests were vegetarian, so they went out of their way to make vegetarian options for us for dinner. The driver Antonio was so sweet, he picked and dropped us off, he even acted like a guide and kept telling us about the place all through the drive. He didnt speak english, so he used google translate to make it easy for us. We even rented bikes and did a bike trail, it was fabulous. The place was very relaxing and overall a lovely holiday.
