The bed is comfortable, wifi superfast and consistant, plus the staff are always helpful and kind. There is an elevator to get to the 4th floor and then you are treated like family. The surrounding architecture is really cool too. The balcony views are especially fun for an early morning cafe which is provided in the room via a hot/cold fancy cafe maker. I really like the roman busts in the entryway. Lastly, everything is spotlessly cleaned..... every day.
