Seriously, it's worth going to this hotel just for the SPA. It has a gigantic inside pool, hammam, saunas, cryo rooms, cold plunge pools, a fitness center, massages, and a hairdresser. Just insane.

I had to book the room for a Buddhist monk travelling for my father's funeral in a rush and were able to book the room and check in despite the late hours. The monk told me that the staff were very friendly and respectful. The location is situated in a beautiful place and a lovely place to go for a walk or a pizza in the evening. The communication also from the hotel was excellent.

The location provides a great viewpoint over Lago Maggiore. The larger accommodation offered was spacious and quiet, with a separate sitting area and a patio. The breakfast was good as they offered scrambled eggs to go along their continental breakfast buffet and fresh fruit juices. The on-site restaurant was excellent and the 10% discount for hotel guests was appreciated. This was a great location for a multi-day stay. We loved it. Locanda Pozzetto had great staff and a very special place - memorable!

Amazing hotel, right on the lake and the main promenade. the staff is lovely and very accommodating. The bartender Andrea is amazing and very friendly as well as his older colleague (forgot his name :(). The location is perfect with a view on the lake and private parking with electric car charging point on spot. We also used their Spa facilities which can be booked at reception for private use (the whole spa it was reserved for my boyfriend and me only). Breakfast offers high quality food and drink options and you can even make a fresh smoothie. Dinner at the hotel was beyond all expectations, everything served is super fresh and they offer a great wine selection as well. the room was spotless clean, spacious and great Wifi.
