We really love this place. It exceeded our expectations. Room was big, fresh enough, all was in excellent conditions, we don't have any complaints about the room. We are always critical about mattress and pillows, but this time there wasn't any problems to get good rest at night. Location is really fabulous - it was best place on Citara beach for us: not crowded and easy access, available all the day (till 21:00). We purchase additionally air conditioner and the fridge, but price was still very reasonable! We have used pool, thermal pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. We found it really great place to stay on Ischia.

Teren hotelu to piękny ogród. Pokój i łazienka codziennie są sprzątane. Umeblowanie skromne, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Klimatyzacja bardzo pomocna przy upałach. Śniadania dobre, duży wybór słodkich wypieków, pyszna kawa. Dziękujemy kelnerowi Andriejowi za obsługę i miłe rozmowy przy śniadaniu. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny turystom. Słabo mówiliśmy w obcym języku, ale Panie w recepcji robiły wszystko żeby się porozumieć. W recepcji można zamówić dzień wcześniej transport i o wyznaczonej godzinie kierowca może zawieźć Cię na plażę, do miasteczka lub ogrodu La Mortella i potem przywieźć. Pobyt w tym hotelu to był nasz prezent na 35 rocznicę ślubu, na pewno będziemy go mile wspominać.

Great location - walking distance of the port, bus station, restaurants, supermarket and shops - the area was quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was very good with different cakes each day. Lunches and dinners can also be booked at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and can arrange tours. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the extensive spa facilities that are available.

amazingly suitable hotel for body and soul relaxation, it is quiet and calm. there are several levels to have a spacious view, places to avoid people around or communicate. Terme can help you become relaxed. Indoor term area is comfy even when there are a lot of people inside. Not a lot of hotels has it's own beach, but we are lucky to have it here )). Tasty cuisine and excellent service in the restaurant. A delicious breakfast will make you be sporty for the next two weeks after the end of your vacation, in order to get back in shape. :) Not bad wine selection for dinner. The hotel is full of aesthetics and romantic. Nice place in all sense.

The staff tried to be helpful but it was quit hard to communicate because my Italian is very bad. Google translate works though. It was very nice that they chanced our room after we complained about the smell and dirtiness.
