He exemplifies how tourism professionals should conduct themselves. He is always ready to help, friendly, and constantly wears a warm smile. On our last day, when we had an early flight, they went above and beyond by preparing generous breakfast packages for us, including fresh fruit and pastries. It was an incredible gesture that demonstrated their commitment to making our stay truly memorable. The location is excellent if you plan to explore Mount Etna, Catania, Siracusa, and Noto. It serves as a central point for all these attractions. What's more, parking is free, which is a great convenience. We are already looking forward to returning to this remarkable hotel!

The facilities are great for a 2 star hotel. It's a small family run business and the owners have gone above and beyond to make us confortable. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Room is big, very clean, has everything you need for a one week stay. Breakfast is really good, and there are freshly baked croissants every morning. The location is amazing, you just cross the street and you are on the beach. Free areas and private areas with sea beds and umbrellas, so options for every taste. Letojanni is a quaint little place with a lovely atmosphere and incredibly clean compared to other areas in Sicily. Easy bus access to Taormina and Castelmola, easy train connection to Catania and Messina. All in all a great experience for a surprisingly good price.

Featuring an outdoor pool, restaurant and spa, Kepos Etna Relais & Exclusive Spa is located in Santa Venerina. It also features a sun terrace and free WiFi. It was pure perfection - very peaceful, relaxing ambient surrounded by beautiful gardens with olives, orchards, cacti, and with a beautiful, clean and cool infinity pool with a spectacular view - overlooking the sea from the one side, and admiring the Mount Etna from the other. The staff is extremely nice and special thanks to Chiara who was always making us feel very welcome each morning for breakfast. The breakfast is quite good with a lot of fresh fruit, yoghurt, a lot of homemade sweets and usual charcuterie and eggs. The location is great as a starting point as it is mosty the same distance to a lot of towns on the east coast of Sicily. Also, a bonus is that it is a bit higher up so the temperatures at night are a lot nicer. The rooms were very clean, spacious and with a nice balcony overlooking the whole property. We would definitely recommend!
