He tried all the time to make us feel comfortable, he was there to answer about any issue about the house/staying at any hour of the day, he brought us traditional snacks from Mantova, he is just an awesome person. Never in my entire "worldwide" travels I encountered someone SO committed to his job like him. The apartment is perfect, well cleaned, everything functioning just as the photos and details show.
