Fossatún Country Hotel har imponerande utsikt över Trollfallen och en omfattande vinylsamling med över 3 000 skivor. This place is the best during my trip. Too bad I stayed here for only one night. Room is clean. Host is very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great!! I felt like they didn't try to save cost on food for you at all. Well, Iceland is expensive in general. So to be fair, compared to other places I have been, this place got the highest value for money. Looks like they are family running the place, and I can see they put attention to details.

Our best stay in Iceland, by far. The restaurant was great, hot tub under the northern lights... Bathrobe and flip flops provided for the hot tub. The rooms are compact but comfortable. The pictures on booking don't do justice to this hotel. The only place I would highly recommend in Iceland after staying in 9 different hotels across the country.

A great place as our last stop in westfjords! There's a N1 gas pump, a free air pump with tire pressure gauge, and a free high pressure washer to clean your car! Just PERFECT after a few days driving on westfjords dirt roads. Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Nice room and comfy beddings. Wifi signal not very good but still useable maybe too many people there.

Alla rum på Hótel Egilsen har lyxiga sängar och power-shower. Baldurs färjeterminal och båtar till Västfjordarna och ön Flatey ligger 300 meter bort. Wi-Fi är gratis. Lovely small hotel in a beautiful location. You can park next to the hotel for free, the breakfast is good and the shower is one of the best we have had here with good pressure.
