We got there at midnight and had no trouble getting keys and settled. We got up early the next day and left so we didn't spend much time there. It worked great for us.

This Viking-themed hotel is located at the harbour in the seaside town of Hafnarfjordur. Humpback whales can sometimes be spotted in the harbour during winter. Fun hotel. Clean, small rooms. We enjoyed the restaurant.

A recently renovated apartment situated in Garðabær, Spacious & refurbished 1 bedroom apartment in suburban Reykjavik features a garden. The kitchen was modern, practical and we were provided with the essential kitchen items and ingredients. The bedroom was warm, comfy and featured useful space for clothes.

Amazing views, comfort, supplied local food, the heated floors and towel rack are the only heat source and we were never cold inside this lovely cabin! Oh and the just installed barrel sauna with a window overlooking the lake and mountains! The horses across the road that would stare at us as we walked to our car in the morning, and make the best horse noices!
