She helped us picking a spot to see the northern lights and it went so well! The rooms and facilities are modern, well decorated and spacious. Breakfast had variety and quality. Overall 10/10 :)

Amei o hotel! Fui com minha filha, mas pretendo retornar com meu marido e filho mais novo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados. O quarto tem uma vista linda com uma enorme janela. O chuveiro é perfeito e ainda tem banheira para relaxar. A cama e os travesseiros são excepcionais. As amenities do quarto ótimas tb. O spa é maravilhoso! E simplesmente indescritível estar na água quentinha com a neve caindo. Os restaurantes excelentes, assim como o café da manhã. E eles tb servem um café à tarde bem gostoso. Só não consegui ver a Aurora Boreal que era a intenção da viagem, por causa do tempo. Mas valeu muito por ter escolhido o The Retreat at Blue Lagoon fez a viagem ficar bem mais interessante e charmosa. Já quero muito retornar

We arrived early due to our flight time but we’re able to use the beautiful lagoon. The hotel was peaceful and we totally relaxed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and The room was exceptional.

Este hotel fica a apenas 100 metros do Aeroporto Internacional de Keflavík e a 25 minutos de carro do spa geotérmico Blue Lagoon. Kind lady at the front desk let me check in way before check-in time since i was feeling really sick. Room was spacious, clean, and service was really nice. I’ve had a burger at the restaurant, wasn’t anything spectacular, meat was a bit dry but good to calm hunger. Overall good hotel for transfer between flights, for sure will use again.

We are located in a walk-able downtown of Keflavík and only a mere 5-minute drive from KEF Keflavik International Airport. WiFI is available through out public space and guest rooms. The service desk night manager was a wonderful woman who took great care of all her guests despite the stress of tens of guests coming in from the airport due to a cancelled plane. Iceland air had done a horrible job helping their stranded guests and hardly anyone had got their vouchers. She still tried her very best to help everyone get accommodations. She kept control on who was next in line without us having to actually stand in line. She took great care of everyone and when she saw that I could barely walk, she pulled out a wheelchair for me. I greatly appreciate her help and her great care of us.

Everything was just the way it's supposed to be.
