Fosshótel Mývatn is located next to Lake Mývatn, 6.8 km to the Mývatn Nature Baths. The hotels provides free WiFi and free private parking. A very nice hotel with great view and great facilities! The rooms were very spacious and clean, the personnel was very friendly and the restaurant had tasteful meals!

This hotel is quietly situated 2 km from Lake Mývatn and 30 minutes’ drive from the Godafoss Waterfall and Krafla Crater. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with modern furnishings. Very comfortable bed and amazing view with the huge windows. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is situated on Lake Myvatn, 3.3 km from Myvatn Nature Baths. A number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi are featured. They do have "jet toilets", which is a bit weird at first. The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The hot tub at the back is cozy for a hot bath after a day out in the snow. The restaurant is absolutely delicious, but a bit pricy. Near the hotel is the myvatn bath which is also recommended.

The family-run Vogafjos Guesthouse is set in a unique natural environment on the eastern shore of Lake Myvatn. It offers rooms with a patio and free Wi-Fi. Beautiful log cabin, warm and cosy. Spacious room with big comfortable bed and luxurious linen. We had a great sleep. Very clean and modern. We liked that the shower and toilet were separate rooms. The kids liked the big TV! The restaurant food was delicious, the setting was amazing with magic views. The cows next door are a great novelty. Breakfast was brilliant.

Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. Nice guesthouse very comfortable. Staff really friendly. Very good location for visiting Myvatn area. Kitchen is really good.

Granastaðir Guesthouse se găsește în Granastaðir, la 30 km de Cascada Goðafoss, și are o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. The room was surrounded by a wonderful landscape: a small waterfall just in front ot the site, horses wandering around.

Overlooking Lake Mývatn, this camping site offers cottages with wooden floors, a private bathroom and a terrace. Everything exceed expectations. We stayed in many airbnb and accomdations during our 14 days road trip and I can say that this hits the top 3. Its located on a large compound with hostel, cabin, campsite. Fantastic place to rest, relax and explore.

Very comfortable apartment that was perfect for us travelling with adult children. Hosts were friendly and helpful.
