The once summer palace to the Regent Queen of Travancore, Misty Mountain is located at Peermade. The property is spread across 600 acres. It is 200 metres from the Kuttikkanam Bus Station. Stay at Misty Mountains definitely exceeded our expectations. The place itself has a lot to offer to the people staying there, including beautiful surrounding nature, birds and falling water sounds, spices and tea tours, hiking routes, and even bird watching. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were exceptional and the food was amazing. If you are planning to visit Thekkady or will be cruising around this area, most definitely consider spending one or two nights at the Misty Mountains Experience.

As the morning dawned and we drew back the curtains, we were met with a breathtaking view of the seemingly infinite expanse of verdant greenery. The breakfast served to us was nothing short of divine, with an array of delectable options that left our palates thoroughly satisfied. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Justin, Abin, and the entire staff who provided us with their invaluable assistance throughout our stay. Furthermore, we would like to extend a special appreciation to Alex Martin, the esteemed Hotel Manager, whose guidance and leadership contributed significantly to our exceptional experience.
