Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. It is hard to name a few as once again i was so impressed with my stay at this hotel, from the check in process, the smell of the hotel to the clenliness and attentivness of all staff, this truly is one if the most amazing hotels in the world and i will keep on returning, this was my 3rd stay and will certainly not be my last, looking at booking again next year, unbelievable property, we had our 1 year old with us and he was treated like a little prince! Great memories

The staff was excellent and made our stay absolutely comfortable throughout. The room was spacious with all possible amenities we needed and a view to die for. Dining throughout was perfect with hot, heart warming food options and the staff made sure all our needs were looked after. A special mention to Mr. Saptak for sharing endless information with us, giving us shopping, dining, sightseeing and transport tips. The location is ideal. Everything is within walking distance. All in all, was an absolutely delightful stay!

Situated in Mumbai, 1.7 km from Phoenix Market City Mall, Hotel Naaz Executive features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. The hotel manager was very generous, as the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks, exceeding my expectations. This was particularly appreciated after being charged 800 rupees for a drink at Taj Ends Land. On the day of check-in, my friend had an earlier flight and went shopping at Phoenix Marketcity before departing. The manager allowed my friend's luggage to be stored in the room and even provided each of us with a complimentary drink and some fruit, making us feel truly at home. During my stay, I caught a cold, and the staff patiently took me to a pharmacy to get medication. On the day of check-out, I discovered that the city tour booked through the hotel was more expensive compared to other options. Upon returning in the evening, the manager offered facilities for a quick refresh, which was very considerate. Finally, upon departure, assistance was provided to book an Uber, which cost 170 rupees. It was a minor drawback.

The property is just beautiful, nestled in a lot of greenery with so many birds. The staff was extremely courteous and helped us at every step of the way. Meal options were limited but cooked really well. We asked for non spicy food and they made almost 'home cooked' meals which was amazing. We had an awesome time with family at Neemrana Deo Bagh. Would highly recommend the property if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful break.
