The facilities of my room having a private sauna was exceptional. The quality of food was excellent and the friendliness of the staff and overall experience has been so good we decided to change our holiday plans and book into the highest grade suite for an extra 2 nights. Staff is super helpful and kind. We had an issue with our car, woman at the reception called service and help to sort it out. We’re very grateful to her for help, professionalism and quick reaction. Spa center is great. Heviz lake is 5-7 minutes walking.
