One of the most beautiful cottages I have been to. Everything was perfect. First, location - Polane is the most beautiful place to stay in Gorski Kotar - Croatian Switzerland. Second, cottage is one of the best in the village, it has 3 terraces. Backyard is very nice consisting of picturesque forests of birch, beech and fir. I never had a better sleep - during night you cannot here anything but wind in the forest.

The apartment is nicely decorated, very cosy and has a ton of charm. The owner is super helpful and welcoming, there was some homemade cake and grappa waitnig for us in the fridge (and a lots of other amenities so you have all you need for a pleasent stay). We felt at home in the apartment and cannot recommend it highly enough if you are searching for an affordable and cosy stay in Gorski kotar!

I liked absolutely everything! The apartment is well equipped, has everything you need. The location is great and hosts are awesome! They even left us milk, cookies and some food for breakfast. So nice! If you go to Fužine / Gorski kotar, you should stay here.

Host was wonderful and kind. Apartment is spacey, clean, you will find all the necessities in the kitchen. Near all you sight-seeings in Gorski kotar. We were travelling with the dog, free parking, quiet place. Hvala na poklonima, čajevi su predobri. Pozdrav!

The apartment is on very quiet location, it is super clean. Wifi is great. It is great location for exploring Gorski kotar with daily trips or to stay and have a lazy day on the balcony enjoying the view. Hosts are kind and welcoming.

Like last time, the kind hosts did their best to make the stay even better. Comfortable and well equipped, clean and tidy apartment is an ideal base for touring the beauties of Gorski kotar.

Host was so welcoming and happy to help you with everything you needed. Breakfast was really good. Bathrooms even though they were shared with other guests were very clean.

Remarkable hosts and their warm-hearted hospitality! Location is pure microcosmos. All in all "best-buy" place in the region!

I loved the location and the cottage is lovely. Huge plus is that pets are allowed and my dog absolutely loved the yard.

i love the terrace. i sat there for hours watching the clouds. it is such a beautiful scenery. you have the hills in the back the forest close to you and then the play out of the clouds… the owner was very nice and helpful. she showed me around and explained what there is around and how to manage to explore the surroundings.

Great location and very friendly host! We had a bit of bad weather so we didn't explore much of the surrounding area, but even just sitting on the terrace and enjoying the view is enough for those looking to just relax and recharge :)

The breakfast was really great. Eggs and bacon with toast and a variety of jams. The bacon was slightly smoky and delicious. The eggs tasted fresh and were perfect. The owner gave us a great recommendation for a picnic place that was a lovely adventure to hiking to caves.

The house amazed us from the moment we arrived, beautiful location, sunny weather, the environment, the amenities in the house, children’s wooden house outside and very nice host who explained us everything about the house. We will definitely return, recommendations for family vacation but also for couples and friends who wish to relax and enjoy the vacation !
