I was surprised by the promptness of the staff!

The moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the lady at reception desk called Menia, she was extremely helpful and polite.The lobby areas and dining was very impressive and felt very spacious. My room was very clean and smelt like new, everything was perfect, the balcony was a good size and had amazing views of the town below and side of the mountain. Beds and pillows where comfortable and smelt really nice. I wanted an iron and ironing board, reception staff came within 2 mins and the maid offered to help with the ironing! The breakfast selection was great, had everything you can imagine but what was great was the homemade spanakopita, tiropita and bougatsa, made by Nana who was extremely helpful and polite. Overall I was impressed with my stay at Emerald Suites and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location looking over the town to the Lake. What a wonderful host and beautiful spot for us to stay. The food for breakfast was phenomenal and they could not do enough for our stay. It was fantastic!!! The room, with a view across the town, was exceptional.

Casa Mare, construită din piatră, se află în satul pitoresc Nymfaio din regiunea Florina şi oferă un bar cu șemineu și un restaurant decorat tradițional, cu vedere la munte și sat. the room was amazing with its view.the breakfast and the dinner from the traditional cusine was stunning! it was amazing as a location in combination with the view of Nymfeo. 10/10. definitely i would go there again and again. Located in the picturesque Agios Germanos village, this 19th-century stone-built guesthouse offers traditionally decorated rooms which open out to a lovely yard. Cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing accommodation, and accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the property was impressive.
