The staff is fantastic. Everyone helped make my stay even better with tips on good hikes, information around the National Day program and every day chats. The hotel and rooms are very new and everything is super clean and the room and lounge are very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent location. Overall I would book it again.

I liket the variations of teas and cappuccinos in the room. Also the fruits and vegetables, yoghurt and coffee varieties at breakfasts. The bathroom was cozy with warmth shower in the evening and the kitchenette really practical with a you need.

Practically next door to the ferry and winter departure site of the water taxi tours and a reasonable walk to the mall/downtown. Very friendly staff who let me check in when the room was ready and answered my questions.

Located on the UNESCO-listed Ilulissat Icefjord in western Greenland is this 4-star hotel. It provides fine dining and a free shuttle service from Ilulissat Airport, 5 minutes’ drive away. Outdoor rooms were very confortable and with great views. Amazing staff. Delicious, but expensive food at the restaurant
