Afro Beach Resort is a very unique and - to us - the most beautiful place in the area. We really enjoyed the quiet, clean beach right in front of the resort. The rooms are very clean and the food is delicious. While most of the other neighbouring resorts are owned by europeans, Francis is from the local community in Busua. He built up this amazing little resort by himself and takes really good care about his guests. He even walked us home from Busua and took us somewhere to watch the World Championship finals, organized a bonfire night and showed us how to play the drums. Also Eva walks the extra mile to make the guests happy. We will definitely miss the fun nights at the bar and the great conversations! We will come back for sure!

Danielle is a lovely host, so fun and enjoyable to talk with and learn about Busua from, and staff were kind and attentive. Surf shop is right next door. My wife and I travelled around Ghana from Spain 🇪🇸 and I must say RHOGEM was one of the best hotels we stayed per the price. Many thanks to FRANCIS OWUSU HANSEN the exceptional hotel manager who made us feel at home and exhibited great customer care. We booked a night but ended up staying for 3 nights. Breakfast was great and location is very quiet. Room service was fantastic. Many thanks to Hansen and his team. We will be back.
