The staff, especially the owner Joseph, were fantastic. Joseph lived in England for 30+ years so it was easy to speak English with him. He was cheerful and incredibly helpful suggesting sightseeing places, arranging taxis, explaining how to get to the next town etc. Joseph even accompanied me for a full day visiting the local fishing village and then taking a 3km canoe ride up the lagoon to another village. The room was great. it had a fan, air-con, louvred windows and screens, a fridge, TV, and hot water with a bath and shower. The food was good, but it takes a little time like all the restaurants I’ve experienced in Ghana. I think it is helpful to tell Linda what you want an hour or two in advance. The taxi into Cape Coast was 50 cidies, but you could walk 1 km and take a shared taxi for 5 c. I found it fairly easy to get around. I highly recommend walking down the beach to the east and first watch 60-70 people building fish boats about 200 m from the hotel. Then go 1km further to the fishing village and watch most of villagers pulling in nets from 800 m out. They’ll be singing together as they haul the net in. Then if you want hire someone 50 meters behind the village you can take a canoe for 40 c and travel up the lagoon for 3km and be escorted to another village and back. I had a pretty amazing time here…

Välibasseini, aia ja terrassiga Hans Cottage Botel asub Kap Coasti rannikul, 11 km kaugusel Kap Coasti lossist. Selles ühetärnihotellis pakutakse concierge-teenust ja toateenindust. Very nice place, comfy room, helpful and friendly people. I loved the peaceful atmosphere with all these alligators.

Aiavaatega Veke Executive Lodge & Event Center asub Cape Coastis, 21 km kaugusel Amsterdami kindlusest. Konditsioneeriga majutusasutus on 3 km kaugusel Cape Coast Castle'ist. The facility is well taken care of throughout. The staff were excellent and was able to accommodate our needs. They went above and beyond to order local food nearby to bring back to the location. The location is off the beaten path, and 1-2 restaurants are nearby. It's a pretty remote location.

Kokodo Guest House asub Kap rannikul, 2,9 km kaugusel Kap Ranniku lossist. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Kokodo. It's a bit up the city centre, meaning we were able to enjoy some calm and really rest, without being to far from the city. The personnel was super nice, polite and helpful. The restaurant serves great Ghanaian food too.

Rans Hill Lodge asub Cape Coastis ning pakub majutust koos tasuta privaatse parkimisega. Nice little hotel on a hill, overlooking the city and with view of the sea; lots of flowering plants around the building; very friendly and helpful staff.

Merevaatega IS Guest House asub Cape Coastis, 1,4 km kaugusel Cape Coasti lossist. Majutusasutuses on toateenindus ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt. Very close to the center and lovely staff!!! They helped us in every moment! The breakfast was very good as well.
