Breakfast staff are amazing, always so helpful, friendly and efficient. Disappointing on one day not all ingredients available and the portion size differs from stay to stay but overall excellent. Receptions staff are very friendly and helpful, give the personal touch which I appreciate.

This hotel is ideally situated within 2 minutes of the M25, at the Dartford Crossing, and a 2-minute drive from Lakeside Shopping Centre. Bluewater Shopping Centre is 6.5 miles away. Everything went exceptionally well! It started with how friendly the staff was and then the room was huge! Lots of space and super clean and comfortable! We got room service once and the staff was amazing! Honestly I would stay there over and over!! The breakfast is totally worth the money as well!! Delicious and filled us full every morning!
