The White Horse is a beautiful Grade II-listed pub in the heart of Dorking with atmospheric dining areas, serving an award-winning fresh and seasonal menu, and a cosy oak beamed bar with fireplace. The staff gave us early check-in, and that was very helpful to follow our schedule. Receptionist also helped us with arranging a taxi cab very quickly - this also was much needed assistance. The hotel itself has a lovely interior.

Wotton House is nestled in 13 acres of listed gardens in the Surrey countryside, 3 miles outside of Dorking. The Staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The facilities and grounds spectacular. Bedroom with extras, a delight!!!

At first we found the bar staff to be vague and inattentive but then we met Lucy, the assistant manager who could not have been more helpful. The room we had booked had been given to someone else in a party but Lucy and the manager quickly sorted us out with two rooms rather than one and we were quite happy to have been upgraded.
