Just minutes from junction 18 of the M4, Cross Hands Hotel is a charming 14th-century posting house with a pub and restaurant, in the heart of the Gloucester countryside. The room was very big,comfy bed very very clean room . The staff were very friendly and attentive, we ate both nights in the bar and food was exceptional as was breakfast . We will definitely be back especially if we can have room 20 again

Set in a prime location on the outskirts of Bristol, Almondsbury Inn & Lounge offers en suite accommodation, free parking and a bar. Modern fully renovated rooms, large beds and excellent shower. Breakfast was also ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was the perfect place to stop as it was so close to the M4. Our room was quiet with a great bathroom. The restaurant had lots of places to sit and the food was very good.

Boasting a garden, The Swan is set in Thornbury and also provides a shared lounge and a bar. The property is situated an 8-minute walk from Thornbury Castle. Every room has a patio with city views. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothin was too much trouble. Lovely pub and a gorgeous friendly dog all thrown in. Nothing to dislike

Set in a rural location, just off junction 14 of the M5, the hotel is perfect for visiting Bristol and exploring the Cotswold countryside. Only used the room and breakfast rooms. Might have used the Bar area if my parneter was able to come. All room I used were well laid out and very clean.

Set in Old Sodbury, Windylands offers a garden. Free WiFi is available and in-house parking is provided. The bedrooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, flat-screen TV and a... I really enjoyed my stay and will be my go to in the future for when I have to work in the area. Breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were exceptional.
