Owner very easily contactable. Dog friendly. Even left lovely treats for the dog 😊😊 Perfect place to stay and explore.

Heatherbank, a property with a garden, is situated in Garelochhead, 49 km from University of Glasgow, 50 km from Riverside Museum of Transport and Technology, as well as 50 km from Mugdock Country... The cottage was immaculate, spacious rooms with plenty of towels and blankets. Hot tub and fire area were excellent, lovely views. The host was available for any issues, not that we had any. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

"The Anchor Inn was a traditional Drovers Inn dating back to 1888. Over recent years, it has undergone tasteful modernisation and now boasts a nautical-themed bar and restaurant area with hearty food... We had an amazing welcome from the owner, the bedroom in the second building was really nice and by the way very quiet and the home-made food SO delicious ! We would definitely go back on another trip to Scotland.

On the banks of Loch Long, this 4-star hotel is surrounded by the magnificent scenery of Scotland’s west coast. The staff were absolutely delightful. The rooms were very clean and tasteful. We would definitely stay at Knockderry‘s again and will be recommending it to friends and family.
