We stayed for one night during our highland adventure, The hosts were fantastic, very welcoming, we had a very nice evening meal and breakfast was perfect. We would certainly recommend to anyone driving the north coast. And the local beers were very nice indeed

Our host even volunteered to drive us to the ferry when the taxi was unavailable. She was accommodating and so friendly. And the Manor House was perfectly located for walking about Thurso.

Excellent base for exploring the Northern Highlands. Excellent value for money. At this price in this location the only cheaper options are hostel or bunkhouse dormitory beds. Very friendly reception staff at check in and check out. For sure the room looked a bit dated but it was warm, comfortable and everything worked fine - couldn't ask for more at £40 a night.

Driving through the Highlands, we needed a last minute hotel. 2 rooms were open and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious, even luxurious. The staff was great. And we had a lovely day at the beach.
