Staff were so friendly & a special mention to Ben the manager & Lillie & Bea, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. As a former Hampshire lady myself now living in Denmark, it was so exciting to bring my Danish husband to Wiltshire, a county he hadn’t seen before. The village is so pretty~ it’s a little tricky to get to with all the tiny country roads, but once you find the village you’ve found a little gem in the Wiltshire countryside! Dinner and breakfast were delicious too!

Very warm welcome even though we arrived later than we had informed due to the inevitable roadtripppring unpredictability. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, like electric kettle, mugs, wardrobe, mirror, hairdryer and portable heater. Our room opened to a most gorgeous patio+green area. The hosts were kind and attentive at all times. Hearty breakfast! Great energy! It honestly felt like home. Thank you and see you next year!

On the banks of the River Thames, The Swan, Streatley, Berkshire is set in a picturesque Berkshire village and dates back to the 1700s. It features a terrace and free WiFi. The room was large enough and the staff were all so friendly. They accommodate our family with a perfect travel cot and an easily accessible room. The room was clean and warm and quiet! The Coppa club for breakfast was great - the serving team were kind and friendly.

The Bear Hotel is a historic inn set in the charming market town of Hungerford in the heart of the North Wessex Downs. The bed was incredible. The room was lovely and the staff were great too. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I went to Ramsbury for a family funeral. I never knew The Bell provided accommodation before, and its location was just perfect. The twin bedroom was nicely decorated, tidy and spotless. Although the restuarant is downstairs, one hardly heard any noise at all. The shower was strong and hot, the amenties were in order, the bed was very comfortable. I had a very good sleep. The continental breakfast was good.
