The room was beautifully clean, very spacious, well equipped and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

A beautiful, independently owned hotel in the heart of Lyndhurst, next to the shops and many bars and restaurants in the town. What a great hotel/cottages! The staff were great, smiley and helpful. Four of us stayed in a cottage. Tea, coffee biscuits etc etc included. Three bedrooms all very comfy. My room was by road so a little noisy but just put in my earplugs. Very close to main street with loads of pubs and all walks near by. Would definitely stay again.

The Kings Head is situated in Whiteparish, 14 km from Salisbury Cathedral. Located around 17 km from Old Sarum, the hotel is also 20 km away from Salisbury Racecourse. We loved everything. The rooms, the location and the staff - all was perfect. Paula and the chef made our breakfast experience incredibly enjoyable. In a word, i would recommand the hotel and restaurant to anyone!
