The location was great, close to Newcastle and just around the corner from the Silent Valley Park. It was also close to a number of starting points for hikes in the Mourne Mountains. A lovely welcome note from the host as well as a box of goodies - snacks, water, cereal and milk. The views from the apartment of the surrounding mountains and the sea were also amazing! It had everything you would need and was a very clean and cosy place. This was my second stay and I will definitely be back again!

The apartment was fantastic, it's new, spacious, comfortable and comes with great facilities. The location in Annalong is excellent, within easy walking distance of the Harbour Inn bar/restaurant and a cafe/pizza place. The Mourne mountains are very near and there is a coastal walk just 2 minutes away. Lorraine is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We were really happy with our stay and hope to come back again to get back out walking in the Mournes.

Just spent 3 nights here, what a fabulous apartment! Spacious, clean and in a wonderful location, the views of the mourne mountains are fantastic! The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the complex is gated so very secure. Katy was a fabulous host, communicated from the minute I booked, nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommmend for anyone wishing to visit Newcastle Co Down 😊

The apartment was in a great location on the main promenade with excellent views looking on to the Mourne mountains and Castle Park. Check-in was easy and the apartment was modern and comfortable throughout, with plenty of space for our family of 4. There was also a large, good spec TV and high speed WiFi which was great when the weather was a bit hit and miss.

Perfect location overlooking the mourne mountains...Darren our host was very welcoming and friendly...rooms very expectional the best nights sleep i've ever had in a hotel beds where comfty and pillows perfect because of the location so peaceful at night...everything you need for breakfast in the morning we will be back many thanks again

Large apartment with a lovely view from the lounge. Well equipped kitchen. We found this a great location to walk in the Mourne mountains. In the evening there are plenty of places to eat in Newcastle, which also has a nice promenade. Claire was friendly on arrival and we would have felt able to contact her if we needed to.

An excellent place to stay in the Mourne mountains. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and inviting with a perfect living room and kitchen area with all mod cons. Bedrooms were well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. You really couldn’t ask for more. Hats off to the hosts - well done!

The apartment is beautifully finished and had everything we could possibly need. Rhonda had also left us scrumptious brownies 😋The location is superb, right in the middle of wonderful Newcastle, with beautiful views of the Mourne Mountains and sea. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The main street location allowed quick access to everything we needed. The apartment was comfortably warm, once we worked out how the heating worked. The owners run the café next door and offered a discount on breakfast. The walking paths in the Mourne Mountains begin nearby.

Gorgeous apartment, very clean and well equipped. Very close to the seafront in Newcastle and to all amenities. Plenty of restaurants and cafes along the fabulous promenade. All with the Mourne Mountains as a backdrop.....a little piece of paradise. We will be back!

The property is in a fantastic location with beautiful views of the Newcastle beach and Mourne mountains. The swimming pool is great with a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful views of the locality.

Breakfast was beautifully made to order. Freshly baked bread and scones, absolutely lovely. There was even freshly baked cake upon arrival. Plenty of room to park. Location had a gorgeous garden and view of the forest. Very friendly, genuine and accommodating (Patricia even provided us a ride into town).

Staff was very helpful. Nice hikes just a few steps away. Wonderful small pub.
