The hotel was absolutely beautiful and it had great upgrades that fit perfectly into this older hotel which was Manchester's original Stock Exchange. We thought we had missed breakfast, spoke to a gentleman sitting at the desk, he said “Even if you had, I would have cooked a breakfast for you!” He was the Manager! They are so very accommodating. I remember the first time we stayed there and I asked for a coffee with cream. They didn’t have any. Next morning at breakfast, they asked if I wanted coffee. Said I didn’t because they didn’t serve it with cream. Their answer…”we went and got some for you!” It’s the little personal things that keep us coming back!
