The room was well-designed, spotless and the bed was super comfy. The shower was great and there were some extra features like a kettle, a selection of teas, ground coffee, and two freshly baked shortbread cookies. I had dinner at their bistro with their soup of the day (red cabbage with sour cream), accompanied by crispy and buttery sourdough bread. At breakfast, I wanted to try their porridge and it was scrumptious. The quality of each ingredient was high, portions were generous, and the price was more than reasonable. The staff were kind and easy-going. I definetely recommend Sugar Boat and hope to return soon.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The continental breakfast was well stocked, and the avocado eggs with agedashi hollandaise that I ordered were superb. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for easily accessing restaurants and businesses.

With good food and refurbished rooms, Rosslea Hall Hotel sits in beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the Firth of Clyde. Set in picturesque Rhu village, it is just minutes from Helensburgh. Beautiful setting with a great breakfast.

Near Helensburgh seafront, The County Lodge Hotel has free WiFi and free parking. Rhu Marina is a 10-minute drive away. Location was excellent didn’t have breakfast but will do next time we stay when I visit daughter at faslane

Located in Helensburgh, the Moorlands offers free WiFi and free onsite parking. With beautiful gardens, this detached Victorian property is just 15 minutes' walk from the coast. Leslie and Simon are excellent hosts with a sense of maintaining the historic feel of their home. We particularly liked our tastefully furnished room in historical style. Also being able to play billiards was perfect for our family. In the morning there was a very good breakfast in the wonderfully set breakfast room.
