Travelling to the Lake District we booked this place in a last minute and I was really surprised with the extremely good room, breakfast and stuff attitude.

Conistonis paiknev The Apartments Coniston on vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel küla keskusest. Apartementides on elutuba, einestamisnurk ja köök. The property was in the perfect location near the centre of Coniston. It was very clean, comfortable and the owners were very friendly and welcoming.

We had a most enjoyable stay with Stuart and Sandy. Our cottage was nice and cosy (loved the sheep themed decoration!) and featured a well equipped kitchen (which we didn't use appart from the kettle as we preffered to visit the pubs in Torver and Coniston). Stuart provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning (we were offered a choice of salmon and scramble eggs and the traditional full cooked and there were fruits and joghurts as well as cereals). It's not far from the lake and ideal for hiking the Coniston fells - the Old Man of Coniston can be done right from the doorstep. We also enjoyed the company of Tommy the cat and the three very friendly Golden Retrievers after breakfast, so that's an additional bonus for cat and dog lovers.

Our stay was brilliant, excellent location between Coniston old man and the lake. The hosts were super lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and just what we needed for two nights. Breakfast was lovely and tasted great. Can not recommend enough!

What a wonderful view from the excellent patio with an elevated tranquil position overlooking Consiton water in the distance. Sitting on a warm June evening gazing out over the view and sipping a glass of wine - life doesn't get much better.

The Gallery Coniston asub Conistonis, 15 km kaugusel Windermere'i järvest, 36 km kaugusel Derwentwaterist ja 45 km kaugusel Muncasteri lossist. The Gallery was like home from home. Very comfortable and close to amenities.
