The General Manager Marie was very helpful and accommodating. She phoned us earlier in the day to confirm our ETA and was waiting for us. The price was very good and the continental breakfast superb with very friendly waiting staff. The dining area is so pretty and the rooms clean. The village of Manderen is beautiful with the chateaux looming above it and we loved the church bells tolling regularly!

The physical building is beautiful, the rooms are very well equipped. fabulous linen, comfy bed. the staff were incredibly accommodating. we were late arriving and had a dinner reservation but they happily encouraged us to take time for an aperitif on the terrace. nothing was rushed. the restaurant is the jewel in the crown. absolutely exceptional local produce beautifully cooked and an amazing array of wine to choose from. an incredible experience from start to finish.

The hotel is old (17 century) and has a wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly staff and comfortable bedrooms. It is perfectly situated for the cathedral (with Chagall stained glass windows), interesting town with the river Moselle running through it and plenty of good restaurants. The hotel has a good restaurant too. The breakfast is superb, everything you could want and a huge choice of fresh fruit. Close to motorway and easy parking nearby.

The rooms were cozy and clean. Hotel staff was really nice and helpful with non-standard requests ( I organized a stay there for guests of my wedding). The beds and bathroom were comfortable. My guests had rooms it’s a superb view on the Moselle river. Besides there is a nice terrace with a bar overlooking the river.

Breakfast was excellent and they gave us some presents as we left to continue our journey (water and a little local gift). The room (apartment) was huge, well-equipped and very "historical". Really quite location with a close by Mcdonald’s and a couple of other restaurants (American diner, sushi and a French restaurant) The check-in and payment is done via machine if you come late in the evening so it fit us perfectly.
