The hotel restaurant serves simple, but good food, and really fabulous desserts. What must be close to a Michelin rated restaurant is 20 meters away. The hostess really was what determined our hotel rating; she was exceptional - attentive, informative, friendly, accommodating, and with 100% great recommendations on local wine tasting and dining options. Breakfast was standard continental. Fluent English.

We stopped only one night on transit to Bordeaux, but would come back to see surounding vinyard area. Hotel rooms are clean and sufficient. Good value for moiney.
