The owner family was really very helpful and quick, when there was something to repair or to improve our (European) expectations. The rooms have very new, huge and modern refrigerators including strong freezer sections. In the sleeping and living rooms are huge and powerful fans installed, which are definitely enough for cooling down the flats, since the hotel is perfectly located next to the north coast. The neighborhood is trustworthy and the owner family is very children friendly, so that we felt like at home after a very short time.

Our stay was exceptional,Evey thing was fantastic,the staff especially miss Salma and mayar from the reception,the room. Was so comfort and clean,the degree of cleanliness in the hotel at all was awesome,the pool was great and have variety of many pools,the beach is clean ,the food was delicious ,the restaurant clean ,and the staff was helpful,the parking ,there is a comfort and big parking available,really I enjoyed my stay there and if I thought of going again to the north coast I would choose tolip hotel.😊

Alamaza bay is one of the best beaches on the North coast. Best service in the North Coast. The team and staff were exceptional. All our needs were met efficiently and perfectly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The sea view was great and the facilities were even better. Kid friendly as well as great for couples and adults. The restaurant was also tasty and hygienic. Will always come to this hotel when visiting the North Coast. Thank you to the staff for being very helpful and welcoming.

Aura is located in an upper (expensive) part of Egypt - so you might be a bit disappointed with the Hotel, given the price. We paid 150eur / night - although it is not cheap (for Egypt), in Sahel/North Coast, many other hotels cost 10x more, so you need to adjust your expectations. Besides this, Aura is a nice, simple hotel - if you planning to spend a few nights and have friends in other compounds around, it is perfect

Alamaza bay is one of the best beaches on the North coast. Crystal clear, calm, and long stretch of white sand. The hotel is big, and has some amazing views, and a lot to offer. Jazz almaza was the first to open in a complex of 5 hotels. You can always pick other ones and I honestly recommend either Tamerina or Oriental. Food is ok. Very friendly and hard working staff. Overall I had a great stay

Exceptional experience Very friendly and welcoming staff The receptionist kareem and Ahmed were very polite , friendly and helpful We wanted Egyptian food, and there was no restaurant in the area, Mr.Bilal arrange special order for us with our preferences they cooked for us a special meal I would love to come back again, the best resort in north coast and highly recommended it

The place is absolutely mint. The layout, view, and staff are not a bit short of perfect. It is very noticeable the very first night. I love jumping between resorts on Egypt's north coast. But for this instance, I changed my mind to stay two more nights here. I will add more to what I liked about this place in the next couple of days

Our stay was amazing! The Villa was super clean and overlooking the beach directly. All equipments and furniture are new. The owner is very supportive and helpful. This Villa is way better than all hotels i tried in north coast and highly recommend! Thank you for everything :)

Our experience was amazing. it was our first time going to north coast and we honestly didn’t regret choosing this spot. the staff was really helpful from the manager till the room service staff. our room was an apartment size with two rooms, it was really clean

Breakfast is perfect , balacona cafe is the best view in marina, the rooms are bigger than any hotels in north coast, the staff are very friendly , the general manager is there any time day or night to solve any problems., everything was beyond expectations.

The staff were very flexible and quick while responding to our requests and really helped in making our vacation experience exceptional in Porto Marina apartments. Also Porto Marina is a very attractive and nice place within the north coast

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and ensured a great stay. The beach is perfect for swimming compared to other hotels in the North Coast and there was a lot of water activities! Huge pool and facilities.
