Only a 2-minute walk from Montañita downtown, Hotel Kundalini offers large green areas and is located right in front of the sea shore. Everything was fantastic at Hotel Kundalini. From the staff, to the location, to the breakfast, we absolutely loved it. Highly recommend staying here, they really were fantastic.

I stayed in a few places while in ayampe and vistamar was my favorite by far. I used booking.com mostly because my Spanish is horrible and it just made me more comfortable. From the moment that I booked til check in time, the staff where extremely accommodating and fast replying through what’s app. The location is perfect, more “private” location/road than my last spots. Extremely quiet area. The down stairs shared area is absolutely beautiful. flowers, trees, fresh air, the sound of the ocean is magical. The atmosphere they created on their property is something that Ill never forget. I stayed on the second floor, absolutely loved my room! comfy bed, hot shower, amazing view. Although it is a shared hostel experience, I honestly felt like I had the whole place to myself. I will definitely be staying here every time I return to Ecuador.
