Only 9 km from Hamburg Airport, this modern 4-star hotel in Norderstedt offers solar-powered rooms and a wellness area. The hotel is a great place to stay, rooms clean & large, and really good buffet at the restaurant. But I really appreciated the staff efforts to help us : we cannot make it to the late check-in, but they find a solution to allow us to enter and stay the night nevertheless. In the same way, we have been able to enjoy the restaurant even if it was late and we didn't book earlier.

At the same time Hotel is close to the metro station (5 min walking), where you can take a train directly to the city center. There are several supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in the area. Decent breakfast, fresh products. Hotel staff was always kind and very supportive.
