Odotin hotellin vierestä kulkevan ratikkalinjan takia häiritsevää melua, mutta sitäpä ei juuri kuulunut. Huone ilahdutti koollaan, ja kylppäri oli tilava ja toimiva. Aamupala oli hyvä, ja se tarjoiltiin viihtyisässä salissa, jossa ei ollut ruuhkaa kummallakaan kerralla. Henkilökunta jutteli mukavasti (ainakin saksaksi) ja tuntui tekevän työtään hyvällä asiakaspalveluasenteella. Siisteys miellytti, ja avainkortti osoittautui käteväksi yleisavaimeksi.

Location is perfect. Accommodation is wondaful.

We love the location. 15 walks from the Dresden central train station and 15 walk to the city center... This is very convenient for the tourist like us. The reception was friendly and nice and can communicate in English very well. They are also very helpful. The bed was very comfy! The price is also very reasonable.

Great welcoming by staff at reception. Actually chatting a bit about private stuff as well. Nice. Despite the interior being from the 80/90s it certainly woke memories from first hotel visits in childhood, with coca-cola 0.5L vending machine and speckled concrete flooring. A game room with air hockey and other gaming machines. Multiple renting opportunities for bikes, mini golf and so on. Own tourist info in hotel. Two restaurants. Basically a lot like all inclusive stay in Egypt. Breakfast buffet was huge and pretty to look at. 👍. In house cinema with daily program. Daily program for everyone displayed in reception and lifts to make day more varied. Evening party with dj/ comedian. Parking costs reasonable 7€/day (off season) with leave and return at no extra cost option.

It felt a lot like a cruise but on land with snow. There is so much to do and all in one place. It is very family friendly, with even a kids area in the buffet set at kids height.

The breakfast was far better than what i have expected..too many good things to say..but to sum it up,the breakfast was perfect! Worth more than the cost. One must try to know!

It was wonderful to find comfortable beds after a long trip. We were impressed by the hotel's interior and style. A quiet area in the very center of the town.

This is a good hotel and the staff know it. A consequence is they are professional, polite, do their jobs with excellence. The breakfast was great, rooms spacious and clean, and facilities immaculate. Although we did not use the sauna (external to our cultural needs) many guests seemed to. Bad Schandau is a great little town, worth the visit and worth using to access the National Park.

Nice location to visit Bastei, and other hiking trails. Hotel is very nice. Outstanding breakfast included.

Excellent quiet hotel in the midst of nature with spacious rooms, new nicely furbished spa and wellness area with a variety of saunas including a proper Finnish sauna with a great view across the ore mountains. Great location right on the cross-country skiing, hiking and biking trails. Nice restaurant, very good breakfast and modern regional cuisine. Very friendly staff. World famous owner.

The view is amazing, it's comfy and mordern

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The interior is decorated in a tasteful and cozy, yet luxurious way. Upon arrival we went straight to dinner and it was lovely. The appetizer was especially tasty. The room was nice and clean. I really liked the bedsheets. They were softer than usual hotel-style linens and the yellow color really gave a warm and comfortable feeling. The RGB lighting in the bathroom also gives an additional luxurious feel. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Freshly squeezed orange juice is much appreciated. The tea selection was also nice. The spa was impressive, we loved the saunas, not much more to add.

Very spacious apartment. Joyful swimming pools and sauna for kids and adults. Nice playground and toys, too. The area is very pretty and fresh, even though the weather during our stay was gray and rainy. I'd personally love the lights in the apartment more bright.

Breakfast Service was lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Friendly greeting from the staff upon arrival, very helpful in advising of the resources/faciliites available. Room was a good size, ensuite bathroom and a small balcony with a view of the lake. Advised by the staff that a party was being held in the restaurant that evening, and offered an upgrade to a small house due to expected noise levels. The small house was lovely, a short walk away from the main hotel. The house contained a small kitchen and suana, with a private patio and beach area at the rear. We visited in off season for this resort, as we were passing through Germany. The resolt offers plenty of activities and a relaxing places. All staff were friendly and polite. Restuarant food, drinks, and service was exceptional.

Exceptional location, comfy beds, nice balcony with lake view and parasol, fly screens on all the windows, really nice swimming jetty, good shower and very clean bathroom

Perfect Location for visiting the Bastei Bridge. Nice balcony outside room. Very comfortable. Reception made reservations for Restaurant across the way. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Room had a tiny balcony that opened up and allowed us to have fresh air rather than the air conditioning. Hotel was right near an enormous square with open air restaurants everywhere .

Wellness facilities are great, breakfast as well. The hotel is nice overall.
