With stunning views of Bavaria’s scenic Ammergauer Alps, this 3-star hotel features a terrace, massage facilities and free Wi-Fi. The famous Oberammergau Passion Play is 5 minutes’ walk away. Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and responded quickly to questions or when I needed help. (I had contacted them prior to my stay and they made sure to respond thoroughly to my questions). Very clean facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of food from meat and cheese, to yogurt, to cereals and granolas, lots of tasty friend and an assortment of pastries, delicious jam, and two types of juice.

Diane's soft cooked eggs were phenomenal! The selection of cold cuts and bread were delicious. Plenty of orange juice and all in a bright energetic dining room. The guest room and hotel are finished in zirbel wood, which smells and looks great.

The Hotel has definitely exceeded my expectations. The check-in experience was smooth and very friendly, welness & spa area has been fully renovated with the great saunas including Aufguss. Food in the restaurant is very tasty! Pet friendly! Totally Recommended for stay in Deutsche Alps.

Hotel is immaculate and very comfortable. It's rare that I can find comfortable pillows, but they had them here! Staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner (we didn't eat lunch). Perfect spot for touring many popular areas. Highly recommend!
