Our experience in Hotel Colonial Villavieja was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located near the heart of Villavieja and is very easy to find. The staff was very kind, helpful and welcoming. We highly appreciate the owner, Andres, speaking English because it made the communication very easy! He even offered to get us some takeout from a restaurant in the town as well as fresh juice from a lemon tree in the backyard which was delightful; the breakfast, too, was very filling and delicious, including eggs, fresh juice, coffee, fruit, toast and freshly made arepas! The hotel is beautiful and sparkling clean, we especially appreciated the air conditioning since Villavieja gets very hot. Overall, this was an amazing hotel experience thanks to Andres, his sister Carolina and the rest of the staff, we highly recommend this place and hope to come back!

Set in Villavieja, Casa Hotel Estelar has a shared lounge and bar. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Very friendly staff! We arrived at 10 pm and they arranged a tour for us for the next day, including a private guide. In the morning they were so kind to make us a lunch package as we were leaving early. Pool is very good

Hotel Villa Paraiso is located in Villavieja. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Ready upon request. The grounds were manicured well. The pool looked great, but didn't have a chance to get in.

Cosmos Tatacoa Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Villavieja. The pool after a day in the desert is fantastic. The guide from the hotel , Sneider knows a lot about the desert. Wifi good. Do not miss the Observatory.

Set in Villavieja, Mana Star Lounge Hotel has a bar. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. We loved our time here! Everyone was very friendly, the cabin was very big and super clean, the home-cooked dinner each night was amazing. We also booked a tour through the deserts with them (Ferney is an official guide) and it was very fun, despite our limited Spanish. We would definitly come again.
