Situated only 2 km from Pukará de Quitor ruins, Hotel La Casa de Don Tomás offers accommodation in San Pedro de Atacama. we were in a double room in the El Refugio part of the hotel. This part is all new (it just opened in 2022). Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy, bathroom is very nice with great shower. All is very modern and comfortable !

Set in a colonial style building featuring a garden and a restaurant, Hotel Jardin Atacama offers heated rooms with private bathrooms. This is a calming, serene, delightfully well kept and welcoming hotel. The patio with the pool and ample seating for the less than 20 rooms was exceptional. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight for sure - eggs scrambled or fried to order, yogurt and healthy fixings, mini panini press, coffee, fresh juice. All made by very kind staff members. The area felt safe, yet it is truly steps away from the mains stores and action. Terrific value for money. Highly recommend! If you can choose the "suite" rooms, you will likely directly open your door to the garden terrace and pool area. A very nice touch was the machine with ultra purified hot and cold water, available 24/7!

Set in San Pedro de Atacama, Naturalis Hotel offers accommodation in a quite location, featuring free bicycles and an outdoor swimming pool. Great oasis away from the hustle and bustle of town. Staff were extremely accommodating, attentive and patient for non Spanish speaking people such as us. They made a cake for my partners birthday, helped organise free shuttles to town, early taxis, breakfast bags when we left early, etc. Basically anything we needed, they were happy to help. We left this place with regret that we could not stay longer and would highly recommend this hotel. Cannot wait to one day return!

There is to much to say. The property is an oasis in the desert. You drive down a dusty road with lots of high walled properties and you think hmmmm where am I, then you walk up the stairs in the NOI Casa, and your like WOW. It’s an oasis, the staff are so friendly and helpful. your room is designed to fit the area and culture. The facilities are so quaint and inspired by the local area. I’d highly recommend a stay at NOI Casa.

Franklin and his wife Carla run an amazing B&B, a little outside the city which makes it a very good spot for star gazing. Since we came by ourselves with a rented car, Franklin gave us very good tips of where to go, suggesting routes, helping us with purchasing tickets for the places we wanted to go and giving us restaurant recommendations. Breakfast is generous and personalized and even when we needed to leave very early one day, they made an effort to leave a snack for us to go.

I get emotional thinking about this place. I had a great time. Kuki was so nice to me, a beautiful spirit with whom I had great pleasure to discuss with. The place was good, very well-located, calm and open. I can only recommend. I hope I will come back one day.
