The steam room was fantastic, too: loved the temperature and eucalyptus essential oil. The room was spacious, really well-equipped. Comfortable bed and lovely view. Friendly, smiling staff. Delicious breakfast.

Set in Oberkirch, 27 km from Lucerne Station, HIRSCHEN OBERKIRCH - Design Boutique Hotel offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The hotel location was perfect. The hotel is very modern with all the amenities with beautiful picturesque town of Oberkich and we loved the scenery. The train station is literally 1 minute walk and 20 minutes ride on the train gets you to Lucerne station. If you want to be in a peaceful setting with beautiful picturesque town then this is the place to stay. We stayed 7 days and hotel allows you to rent a car from them directly so we did a day trip to Black Forrest. All other excursion were convenient to get to from the Lucerne station. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating especially Kiera at the front desk, Elon in kitchen and Markos. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent as well . The breakfast in the morning was pretty good with many options and Elon was always ready to take orders. All other st aff were very friendly and great service all around.

The staff on site was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were great. Even if one room was facing the train - the level of noise was not disturbing.

The Sonne Seehotel enjoys a quiet location right on the banks of Lake Sempach, about 25 km from Lucerne. All rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine and a balcony. Breakfast was well assorted with cheese, fruits and cold cuts. Nice muesli and yogurts and we where able to sit outside and enjoy the lake view !

Great parking. Beautiful village. Clean room. Comfortable beds. The proprietors are very nice, and made us feel at home.
