Beyond the usual amenaties at a 5 star hotel like great beds, beautiful room, we loved the attention to detail such as: chocolate welcome gift, daily water, light dimmer in the bathroom so it can be soothing at night (my own bugbear), a heated mirror in the bathroom that gave a small clear square after showering. we chose a balcony room facing the lake, on the second floor. stunning views!

Das Modern Times Hotel Vevey erwartet Sie mit verschiedenen Einrichtungen wie einem Fitnesscenter in Vevey, 2,9 km vom Museum Alimentarium entfernt. Modern Times Hotel is a recent development with comfortable, light and spacious rooms (and some superb views, particularly on the garden side). The hotel facilities and room furnishings are modern, in very good condition and provide for a very comfortable stay. We have found all the staff whom we've encountered to be friendly and helpful and this contributes to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Although located on the edge of Vevey (close to the main autoroute along Lake Geneva and connecting directly to the Bern autoroute), the hotel provides travel cards for the region and there is a good local rail service connecting to Vevey town centre which we have used several times to enjoy the lakeside atmosphere in Vevey. The hotel restaurant, which is also used for breakfast (a pretty extensive buffet), is modern, airy and relaxed. We have stayed here on numerous occasions when travelling through this region on longer trips (so we also appreciate the excellent parking availability) and have never been disappointed.

Location next to Lac Léman, the front desk team was very helpful despite the english language barrier it was very pleasant talking to them =). Great adventure for us 10/10 would definitely come here again!!

Diese Pension mit Blick auf den Genfersee begrüßt Sie nur 20 m vom Seeufer und 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und dem Kongresszentrum in Montreux entfernt. It’s cozy, warm. The first day we arrived, as usual due to crazy traveling and lethargy, my wife and I had our moods quite off, however the front counter who attended to us was beyond kind and helpful. He was so sweet to invite my wife in and help me with the bags. He even told us to rest and will attend to us the next day. He was so accommodating. He allowed us to take our time with check out and did not hassle us to rush out. I may say 100 out of 10. I will definitely bring my kids and wife back here.

A very beautiful and peaceful location with excellent views looking out over the lake. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even kept a table reserved at the restaurant for us, even with our later in the evening arrival. The food at the restaurant was amazing and it was very romantic watching the sun set while eating
