The Hotel Acquarello is located in the Old Town of Lugano, right at the lower terminus of the funicular connecting the centre to the main railway station. I liked the location which is in the centre everything around you shops and restaurants.

The Hotel de la Paix is near Lake Lugano, about 1 km from the city centre and the train station. It offers an out-door pool, free WiFi, free parking on site and free minibar use. The room was super comfortable and clean! The breakfast was ok!
